Delivery, in plain terms
No delivery charge, one confirmation call, and payment to the courier when the parcel is in your hands.

01The price of delivery
None. There is no delivery charge on any order, to any country served, and no minimum spend. The price on the item page is the whole of what you pay: nothing is added at the end of the order and nothing on the doorstep.
02How long it takes
Once the order is confirmed on the phone, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to hand the parcel to a carrier, and the carrier a further 3 to 7 working days depending on the country. These are estimates drawn from how the route normally runs, not guaranteed dates.
03Where we deliver
Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal and Spain, depending on the item: each item page lists the countries it is offered in. An order is placed on the item's own page, where you choose your country.
04The confirmation call
Before anything is packed, the desk phones the number you gave. On the call it reads back the item, the address and the exact sum the courier will collect, and you can change any of it or call the order off. If nobody can reach you, the order is not packed.
05Paying the courier
In cash, when the parcel is in your hands. It is the only method offered. Outside the euro area the courier collects the equivalent in local currency. See payment methods.
06Following the parcel
There is no login and no tracking box. The tracking details come from us: on the call that confirms your order, or whenever you ask by email with your name, address and order reference. See track your order.
07Late or damaged
Tell us at info@thalastbay.com. If a parcel goes missing we trace it, send it again or refund it. If an item arrives damaged, tell us on the day, with a photo, and see returns and refunds.
